Mannachanallur, 18th February 2025 – The Supported Women First International Fund (SWFIF) in association with Vasantham Pengal Sangam (VPS) successfully conducted a Beautician Certificate Training Program from 15th to 18th February 2025. The training, aimed at empowering young girls with professional skills, was held at the VPS office in Mannachanallur.

A total of 20 girls participated in the comprehensive training sessions. The program was inaugurated with a welcome address by R. Kanjana, the Treasurer of VPS, who emphasized the importance of skill development in improving the livelihood of women.

The training sessions were led by expert beautician B. Verticelvi, who shared her vast knowledge and experience with the participants, equipping them with valuable skills in beauty care. The chief guest, M. Bakkiyalakshmi, VPS Executive Committee Member, also addressed the gathering, motivating the trainees to utilize the skills gained for their future endeavors.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks by S. Padma, the Secretary of VPS, expressing gratitude to the trainers, staff, and participants for their support in making the event a success. The program was organized by S. Dhinipa and G. Thiyagarajan, VPS staff members, who worked tirelessly to ensure its smooth execution.
